3. API License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, REM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our APIs.

4. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our services.
• Use our services for any illegal activities or to promote illegal activities.
• Exceed any rate limits set for the APIs.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
