# REM

> REM provides the software layer for stablecoins, tokenised assets, and private settlement networks across existing financial systems, public blockchains, institutional networks, and private DLTs.

REM has three product surfaces:
- Stablecoins: integrate payment intake, settlement orchestration, treasury movements, and reconciliation across supported public and private rails.
- Tokenisation: represent private credit, treasuries, fund shares, and other assets on-chain with policy controls and lifecycle servicing.
- Private DLTs and Zones: controlled settlement environments for treasury, intercompany, and institutional flows that need privacy, auditability, and public-network interoperability.

Compliance workflows can connect KYC, KYB, KYT, sanctions, Travel Rule, custody, wallet, and reporting systems around the movement of funds and assets.
